This guide is designed to assist you with understanding the Accumulating With Profits policy pages of your Annual Bonus Statement. However, if you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

POINTS TO REMEMBER

  1. The Annual Bonus is a guaranteed permanent addition to your benefit and is payable subject to the terms and conditions set down in our Rules and the appropriate Table.


  2. The New Annual Bonus is determined by applying the Bonus Rate indicated against each 'With-Profits' contract, to the Total Benefit as it stood last year (adjusted for any subsequent premiums applied and any payments made to you, where applicable).


  3. An Interim Bonus for the current year would be added in respect of the period from the previous year-end up to the date of any claim.


  4. If you cash-in your Accumulating With-Profits investment plan, in addition to the Total Benefit shown on your Annual Bonus Statement you may also receive a Final Bonus; we are currently paying a Final Bonus in addition to the Total Benefit for investments which pay out after completing at least 3 years. This form of Bonus is not guaranteed and therefore no rates or amounts are illustrated.
