The 62nd Annual General Meeting of the Metropolitan Police Friendly Society will be held on Tuesday 13 May 2010 at the C H Rolph Hall, Wood Street Police Station, City of London, commencing at 2.00 pm.

Business

• To confirm the Minutes of the 61st AGM held on 21 May 2009
• To consider any matters arising
• To receive and adopt the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009
• To note the Remuneration Report therein
• To elect Directors
• To re-appoint the auditors
• To transact any other business

Biographies for all Directors are available on our internet website or by application to the Society, free of charge. Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and Proxy voting forms are similarly available.
