Judge's Comments
The photographer has taken this at the perfect time of day, dusk, to ensure that the shot captures just enough detail in the cloudy sky that provides a remarkable backdrop to the features of the skyline and the Millennium Bridge.
Again this is a good example of a skilfully executed time exposure shot that has brought out detail from the shadows without significantly burning out large areas of bright light. The photographer has, in my view, achieved an excellent balance.
