Judge's Comments
Another very sharp, well exposed, image that demonstrates good use of time exposure that has captured much detail and given the fountains their pleasing soft effect.
I particularly like the composition here where the main fountain fills the left hand third of the image with the National Gallery providing the backdrop. The quality of this picture conceals how difficult a really good time exposure shot such as this really is.
