Introduce a New Member Terms & Conditions - until 14/05/2010

  1. To qualify, the Introducing Member must be a member of the Society at the time of introduction, and the introduced person (the "New Member") must not at that time be, nor have previously been, a member.
  2. Either the Introducing Member or the New Member must inform us of the introduction within one month of the New Member receiving their Membership Certificate (or Policy). As much information about both parties must be provided as the Society may require.
  3. The New Member must start their first new plan or policy and hold it in place for at least one month for the promotion to be valid.
  4. The new plan or policy may be any of those offered by the Society at that time, including a Children's Tax Exempt Savings Plan, and the Introducing Member may be the person paying for that Plan (but only if they were already a member before the Plan is effected).
  5. The Introducing Member will be entitled to receive one free Bobby Bear for each person introduced. A New Member may only be introduced by one Introducing Member.
  6. The New Member will be entitled to one free Bobby Bear in accordance with our promotion for New Members, and not this promotion. They will only qualify for one Bobby Bear in any event.
